Cause we all need to remember that we can be happy, even if life ain't perfect. So what did you, or what happened that made you happy today? Even if only for a few minutes?

I bought some crispy m&ms at the discount store, and went to TRU. Didn't find shit I was willing to pay for: but I had an hour of time on my own and doing the shit I wanted to do.

Oh, this would be a nice, positive thread.

- I was happy today because I practiced a dumb dance. I wasn't able to actually perform it but I'm happy that I was able to semi learn the moves in a rushed 15min.

(Practicing dance routines stimulates memory, the music uplifts mood and the exercise provides endorphins.)

Watching a ep of Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle

An old anime with a fairly simple plot of a tresure hunt of sorts, the ep I watched wasn't to serious or anything, it was more or less a stand alone, mostly focusing upon the lead male & female characters and their relationship from prior to the start of the series story, with a little bit of wonder as its a series that travels from place to place, plus a little bit of comedy added into the ep with the two surporting leads and the Mascot character

Was at the beach and a wave took my goggles! That was sad. But what made me happy before that was making a Mega Crab and a Mega Turtle, haha

I started renovating my study.

It'll probably be a long slow process, but when it's done, the broken elliptical will be gone and the funky built-in shelves that a previous owner installed (badly) will be gone. I'll have workbenches that are at a good standing height and I'll have shelves that aren't blocked off by other random stuff.

I was listening to the 'Great Big, Beautiful Tomorrow' song from the 'Carousel of Progress' attraction at Disney in traffic, grinning like an idiot, and didn't even realize I had started singing along. It was delightful.

Yesterday (well, Tuesday), I found out a game collection I'd only dreamed about but never thought would happen was happening.

And it was coming to literally every platform but my preferred one.

That pretty well much ruined my day.

Fortunately, today, someone pointed me at an adapter that should allow me to use the controller from my preferred console on what would be my secondary preference, were it not for its controllers being garbo for this sort of thing. There's more going on than that, but that's the biggest gist of it, so I'm pleased.

My new hat also arrived today, part of my wife's birthday present as well, and I found out Fortress Maximus is in Canada already.

Overall? Pretty good day.

Oh, and it was Garfield's birthday. Coincidence?
